Morning Snack
Apple
Lunch:
Sore subject had a lunch meeting and the food was disgusting I ate carrots and corn and 2 bites of "chick? surprise" surprise it asted terrible
Afternoon snack:
Clif bar & Apple (since I had no Lunch I felt obligated to put something in my belly
Dinner:
Grilled chicken breast
Green beans
Roasted red potatoes
After dinner I did have 2 Chewy Chips Ahoy Cokies for 120 Calories.
That is a quick update. I hope the weather holds off and I can get some miles in in the morning
